Jon is a top bloke!

For my sins I’m responsible for maintenance at Clevedon Marine Lake. We had a problem with our lock-up door. It would only raise a couple of feet. This was very inconvenient for our band of amazing volunteers who do such a wicked job keeping the lake clean and tidy.

We needed it sorted and quickly. I phoned around several places for help. Some didn’t want to know. Others didn’t return my call but the local guy Jon (bless him) although he didn’t work on the commercial model of door we have, kindly offered to come, that same day, and take a look.

After a while of discovery, to get to know this unfamiliar beast, he managed to reset it and get it opening to its full height again.
